He laughed a bit at her excitedness. He pulled out his wallet, opening it up and pulling out a small key. "Ill be right back" he said and walked towards an employees only door and unlocked it. He disapeared inside and returned a few minutes later with a bucket of food pellets and a setof keys to open the enclosure.
Rose smiled. The creatures in the enclosure looked so cool. The we're prickly, but yet looked smooth. "this is gonna be so cool, thanks corvus." she was grinning ear to ear.
Her smile seemed to be contagious, for he quickly found himself smiling widely as well. He walked to the door of the enclosure and tried a couple keys before finding the right one. "Careful" he said quietly as he opened the door slowly and walked in.
As if sensing it was feeding time, the porcupines waddled over andlooked at them expectantly. Cprvus reached into the bucket and grabbed a handvul then squated down closer to the animals. "They're pretty docile, they'll eat it right out of your hand." He said, demonstrating by offering one of them the food which it gobbled up right away. "Here, try it" he said softly, offeringher the bucket.
Rose Smiled and took a bit of food in her hand. A prickly animal came and ate it from her. She laughed as its whiskers touched her palm. "they are so cute!"
Rose laughed a bit more while she fed more. Rose than began to examine their spines. They were so detail. She was taking mental picture for later reference.
He smiled when she laughed. It had been a while since he had hung out with someone and even longer since he had come up wth something to do that wouldnt bore them out of their minds.
Rose looked up and began to study Corvus's face. He had a interesting features. She wished she could sketch out a drawing of him on some paper. He looked so cute standing there.
He smiled and decided it was nothing. He glanced at the bucket and saw it was empty. "Well we better get out of here," he said and smiled. "And no, we arent going to feed the tigers!" He added jokingly
