Jasmine Alev was not the most social person around. Far from it, really. The island personification had decided to spend the day in this park, possibly far away from the people she could only really view as idiots. At this point, she was walking along the park's lake, hands in pockets, glaring at anyone who got too close, the very picture of what some people would call an antisocial freak. She couldn't help but sneak a small smile as a duck waddled across the path in front of her, ducklings following in a line. Just as she looked back up from the waterfowl, she bumped into something, or rather, someone. "Hey, could you watch where you're go-"

(I'm gonna hop right in here i will try to check in about every other day at least~)
Feliciano was smiling brightly and laughing as he wandered about the park. His bright gaze hardly had enough land and focus on one thing before something else caught his short attention. He had spotted a family of ducks and had followed them until them waddled into the water, and even then he stood there watching the animals go across the water. He smiled brightly when suddenly something crashed right into him. He balanced awkwardly on one leg, seeming a bit comical, before toppling over and landing hard on his side. "Ve~" He let out his strange sound as he sat up, looking up at the girl in a sort of dazed way.

(( hi! Nice to see this site get some people posting again! That's fine if you can't reply regularly, I can wait ^^ ))
Jasmine glared down at the person she had bumped into. "Oh, what do you know. Feliciano Vargas, formally known as Italy. Where's Ludwig?" She raised an eyebrow, looking around. "You're usually trailing right behind him." Sighing, she took a hand out of her pocket and held it out to Italy. "Here. Only polite that I help you up." Jasmine looked up at the sky as she held her hand out, watching the clouds go by. "Pretty windy today. In fact, I'd say a storm isn't completely out if the question."

(Yes, haha England and I have been putting a bunch of work to get things going again! I'm glad you came back! )
Feli smiled brightly at his name. "I-a don't know... We was-a supposed to train today but I forgot where~" A flicker of sadness came and left quickly. He paused then took her hand and stood up, tripping over his own feet and nearly fell right into, catching himself just in time. He smiled brightly and laughed a bit. "Ve~ I'm-a sorry!"

(( I'm glad you guys did what you did! It would be sad seeing our little community die ))
Jasmine rolled her eyes. "Typical. Forgetting where you're training, perpetually clumsy, always ditzy Italy." It was evident that the girl thought the country in front of her was a bit less than he should be, and she didn't really care who knew. "So instead of training you decided to come here and chase after ducks? A plus for effort," she said sarcastically. It also seemed like someone had woken up on the wrong side of the bed that morning.

(It would! Hmmm i think im in the mood to have italy a bit flirty if that's alright with you! -no idea how jasmine shall react haha- )
He raised a brow but his smile stayed bright and strong. "Is-a something wrong?" He asked innocently, tilting his head in that childish way of his. "I know! I'll-a cheer ya up! How about some ice-cream? My treat~" He suggested cheerfully, his eyes bright and hopeful and twinkled with child-like excitement. He seemed completely oblivious to her harsh sarcasm and the way she acted as if he didn't deserve to be a country. Maybe she was right, in a way, the thought had surely crossed Feliciano's mind at one time or another on one of the late nights where his usually cheerful demeanor had faded away and all that was left were painful memories. Without Ludwig, he wouldn't be a country. Simple as that. But none of that showed on his face, his smile still held in place easily and without any strain. It was very rare that he thought about the darker things in life that didn't include his friends, pasta, cats, art, or any other things he is fond of.

(( oh dear, Jasmine's not going to seem very happy .-. Oh, also, I'm going on a trip with my family, so I won't be on on this account or my Prussia one as often for the next ten days •~• ))
Jasmine looked sharply at Feliciano. "Ice cream? Seriously?" She seemed suspicious, as if she though the Italian would try to stab her or something. "I just came to have a break from all the idiots that for some reasons are in charge of entire COUNTRIES, yet here I am getting offered ice cream from one of those-" She stopped abruptly. Strange or not, the person in front of her was a personification of a country, and Jasmine knew better than to turn down the offer of someone like that so rudely. She cleared her throat uncomfortably. "As long as it doesn't take all day," she muttered.
“I’m an uninfluenced person, having lived out in the middle of nowhere. I plan to keep it that way. The uninfluenced part, that is.”
(haha alrighty that's fine ) "Ve~ What's-a wrong with ice cream?" he asked, his smile replaced by that of a small child who was told for the first time that santa wasn't real. His moods never slightly changed, it was always extremes. He looked at her with big eyes for a moment, not really hearing what she was saying about other countries, but the second she seemed to change her mind Feliciano went back to the other extreme, his smile bright and cheery and just as strong as before. "Yay! I-a know a reeeeeaaaaalllly good place for ice cream right down the block and they have all sorts of flavors and-" the italian continued rambling in his nonsense way, he reached out to grab her hand and nearly dragging her in the direction of the place. "You're-a gonna love it~" he said brightly with a wink.

Jasmine grit her teeth. She yanked her arm away from Feliciano. "Stop that. I can walk by myself." After a few moments of listening to him ramble, she snapped, "Shut up. Please." Another moment passed, then she muttered, "And I highly doubt in going to 'love it.' I'm not a big fan of going to ice cream shops with more than slightly idiotic-" She shut up again. Got to keep the insults down, she told herself.
“I’m an uninfluenced person, having lived out in the middle of nowhere. I plan to keep it that way. The uninfluenced part, that is.”
instead of noticing her harsh words, he smiled brightly and just about skipped while he walked. "Ve~ Here it is! he chided brightly. He opened the door for her, making a goofy gesture for her to walk first. The place was not very busy, and was adorned in bright colors.

Jasmine sighed and walked in, looking around. At least it wasn't crowded. Te last thing she wanted was more idiots screwing around where she could see them. "Alright, we're here." She glared at the employee who was watching them from behind the counter. The person smiled nervously and asked, "How can I help you?" Jasmine looked at Feliciano. "Go ahead. How can he help you?" Her voice was slightly less scathing, as if she was thinking that if the other personification had wanted to physically hurt her, he would have done so already. Her guard was lowered a little bit,, but would probably go back up at the slightest provocation.
