It was farly late in the afternoon, maybe around 7 or 8, when Vera found herself wandering down the streets. Most people wouldn't be out, since a large snowstorm was passing through making travel almost impossible. The snow went almost up to Vera's knees, completely covering her dark brown snow boots, Vera had her scarf pulled up around most of her face leaving just enough room to see. She had her long coat wrapped around her, grasping the sides tightly as if it could fly away at any moment.
Anyone who may see Vera would be shocked but would most likely devide she had been caught in the storm or had something extremely urgent to do, but in all honesty, Vera didn't know where she was going.
Earlier in the day she had woken up, all alone, in a house which she assumed to be abandoned due to the cob webs and dust. She had wandered around it for a few minutes before deciding to asess the situation...
"My name is Vera Matveev" Vera said, stopping in her tracks and seeming to have forgotten about the storm. She had already run down everything she remembered, but she found it calmed her down.
"I don't remember where i'm from." She said,.starting throuhh the storm again.
"I don't know where I am." She quickly realized how tired she was, her face was red from the cold and she found,it hard to move her hands.
"I don't know how long i've been walking..." She said, her pace slowing as her head started spinning.
"I DO remember him..." She hissed, flashes of some man she didn't remember came to her, making her drop to her knees in the snow.
"Who are you?" She asked then sighed as her head began to clear. She went to stand up but she realized she was too exhausted. maybe I can rest a while, she thought with a smile as she laid down in the snow. Even if I never wake again... she closed her eyes.
